1. Service description

Pipelytica is a cloud-based service that provides AI-powered pipe inspection analysis tools, a 3D floor plan editor, defect detection, and a reporting system. The service is provided by:

2. Registration and user account

Use of the service requires registration. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. The user must notify us immediately if they suspect unauthorized access. The service provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms.

3. Use of service

The user agrees to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share their credentials with third parties
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to circumvent the technical limitations of the service
• Only upload data that they are authorized to process

4. Data ownership and intellectual property rights

The user retains ownership of all data uploaded to the service (videos, reports, floor plans, findings). The service provider has the right to use anonymized and aggregated data for the purpose of improving the service and AI models. The software, user interface, and AI models of the Pipelytica service are the property of Pipelytica Oy.

5. Payments and subscriptions

The service is offered as a monthly subscription. Pricing is available on the pricing page. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed through Stripe.

6. Use of AI and limitations

The service uses artificial intelligence to detect defects in pipe inspection videos. AI results are recommendations, not definitive assessments. A qualified inspector's evaluation is always recommended before making repair decisions. The service provider is not liable for errors or omissions in AI model outputs.

7. Limitation of liability

The service provider shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or third-party claims. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. The service provider's maximum aggregate liability is limited to the service fees paid by the user during the preceding 12-month period.

8. Changes to terms

The service provider may modify these terms by providing 30 days' prior notice via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Pirkanmaa District Court.
